Services

Frix Entertainment LLC provides entertainment-related services, including music events, merchandise, and promotional activities.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Charges will appear on your statement as Frix Entertainment LLC.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds, cancellations, postponements, and weather decisions are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
• In summary: all sales are final; if an event is postponed to a new date within 14 days of the original date, tickets remain valid for the new date; if it cannot be rescheduled within 14 days, or it is canceled, you will be refunded automatically within 10 business days, including fees and taxes. If this summary and the Refund Policy differ, the Refund Policy controls.

Liability

Frix Entertainment LLC is not responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, venues, third parties, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, other than the refunds described in our Refund Policy.
• Personal injury, loss, or damages incurred at events.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and music, is owned by Frix Entertainment LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, or use content without prior written consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and the Refund Policy from time to time. A ticket purchase is governed by the version in effect on the date of purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
